Tony Parker has filed a $20 million lawsuit against New York nightclub W.i.P after he was injured in the bar brawl between Chris Brown and Drake last week.
The lawsuit which was filed at the State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday (June 21) holds W.i.P club’s owners and operators responsible for a “corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries.”
The San Antonio Spurs guard was clear in the suit saying “The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two.”
Parker who is slated to play for the French team during the Summer Olympics says he has to be sidelined for a week because of his injury, “I’ll be missing the start of the French team because I can’t do anything for a week except keep the lens in and then take drops.”
