The 34-year-old actor filed for divorce on Friday (December 21) in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple married in September 2005 and separated in November 2011.
Kutcher is currently dating his former ‘That ’70s Show‘ co-star Mila Kunis.
Still going strong, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher spent Thanksgiving weekend in Europe on Friday (November 23).
The former ‘That ’70s Show‘ co-stars headed to the Trastevere neighborhood for a meal at Checchino Dal 1887 in Rome, Italy.
Kunis is currently in the city shooting her new film ‘The Third Person‘ along with James Franco.

Dressed casually, the former ‘That ’70s Show‘ co-stars who revealed their romantic status back in April made a stop in Central Park where they shared a kiss on some rocks.
Mila is currently in the city as she films her new film, ‘The Angriest Man in Brooklyn‘ which also stars Robin Williams.
