The 50-year-old actor who has been busy filming his new movie ‘Oblivion‘ flew in overnight so that he can spend time with his daughter.
This is the first time Tom has seen Suri since his divorce was finalized with Katie Holmes.

Less than a week after filing for divorce from husband Tom Cruise, the 33-year-old actress broke her silence telling a New York Daily News reporter “I’m alright,” and ”Thank you” after shopping at Whole Foods on Wednesday (July 4).
Holmes who has been looking a lot happier lately since filing divorce papers is currently fighting for sole custody of their six-year-old daughter.

The internet was abuzz after the news broke that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are divorcing after five years of marriage.
More information has been divulged in regards to the shocking split, it was the 33-year-old actress who filed for divorce from the 49-year-old actor on Thursday (June 28) citing “irreconcilable differences.”
In the divorce documents, Holmes is asking for sole legal custody and “primary residential custody” of the couple’s 6-year-old daughter, Suri. Katie is also asking for child support and division of property.
Cruise is reportedly “very sad” and “did not see this coming,” TMZ reports.
