The first promotional video for the upcoming season of ‘X Factor‘ has finally been released.

The video  features Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid, as well as newcomers Demi Lovato and Britney Spears who have replaced Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

Earl er today (May 24) Spears tweeted about upcoming auditions, “So excited to be going to Austin this week for @TheXFactorUSA auditions! Will I see any of y’all there on Thurs or Fri?”

It looks like Britney Spears could be sitting at the judges table once season two of Fox‘s ‘X Factor‘ starts airing.

Sources are confirming that the 30-year-old pop star is in the final stage of negotiations with the show’s producers and it’s being reported that Spears will be getting a $15 million payout.

Simon Cowell is looking to replace two empty spots on the judges’ panel after firing Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

It looks like Britney Spears thinks she is worth a lot more than $10 million because the “Baby One More Time” singer has rejected the lucrative offer to sit at the judges’ panel during the second season of the ‘X Factor.’

According to a new report, Spears’ camp is looking to bank more money for her contract about $10 million more than she was offered.

An insider says that Britney is eager to work on the show, “The timing is perfect. Brit would love to connect with fans on a weekly basis and loves working on TV after several guest appearances on the sitcom How I Met Your Mother.”
