MTV confirmed the news on Thursday (August 30) that ‘Jersey Shore’s final season will air on Oct. 4 at 10/9 c.
On Sept. 6th, MTV will air a special called ‘Gym, Tan, Look Back‘ airing where the cast including Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jennifer “J-Woww“ Farley, Paul “Pauly D“ DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, Mike “The Situation“ Sorrentino, Sammi Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Deena Cortese will reflect on prior seasons and a sneak peek of the final season.

With cameras in tow, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi left the hospital on Monday (August 28) after giving birth to her first child on Sunday in Livingston, NJ.
Cradling baby Lorenzo (with a full head of hair) in her arms, the petite ‘Jersey Shore‘ star was pushed in a wheel chair as she was escorted to a vehicle.
Since giving birth, Snooki has been tweeting letting everyone know that being a mom is definitely exhausting but worth it, “We don’t sleep anymore. We just take lots of naps,” she tweeted. “[I don't care], as long as I’m staring at my handsome son.”
