Uh-oh! It was an eventful Thanksgiving morning for Halle Berry and her family after her ex Gabriel Aubry was arrested for fighting with her fiancé Olivier Martinez.
TMZ is reporting that Gabriel showed up at the ‘Monster Ball‘ actress’ house to drop of their daughter Nahla when things turned sour between the two men.
After the two men exchanged some words, Gabriel then pushed and struck Olivier however Olivier protected himself by blocking the punch and then pinned Gabriel to the ground but not before “coldcocking” him.
According to TMZ, Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury while Olivier may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries as well.
Both men were taken to the hospital and Gabriel was booked for misdemeanor battery. Gabriel has since been released from custody on $20,000 bail and must appear in court on Dec. 13th.
