Megan Fox finally made her debut as April O’Neil in the highly anticipated remake of the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.’

The 26-year-old actress showed off her red locks while on set on Tuesday (May 7) in New York City.

According to producer Michael Bay, the remake will surround “aliens who invade Earth and inadvertently spawn a quartet of mutated reptile warriors, the Ninja Turtles, who rise up against them to defend the world.”

The ‘TMNT’ remake is slated to hit theatres on June 6th, 2014

Megan Fox debuted her new red hair as she landed in LAX on Thursday (April 4) in Los Angeles, CA.

The 26-year-old actress is set to star as April O’Neil in the Michael Bay produced rendition of the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.’

Directed by Jonathan Liebesman, the ‘TMNT’ remake is expected to hit theaters in 2014.

It looks like Megan Fox and Michael Bay have patched things up as Fox as been cast in the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles‘ reboot.

The 26-year-old actress who left the ‘Transformers‘ franchise after the second instalment after differences with Bay will star as this generation’s April O’Neil.

“TMNT: we are bringing Megan Fox back into the family!” Bay confirmed the news on his blog.
