The same safety-pin dress which features a super plunging neckline and cut-out sides was worn by Elizabeth Hurley back in 1994.

From blonde to brunette to now a party shaved head?!
Lady Gaga never fails to shock the public, this time the Mother Monster has shaved part of her head but the fashion chameleon didn’t do it as a fashion statement, she did it in honor of her good friend and photographer Terry Richardson‘s late mother.
“I did it for u Terry. I’m sorry about ure mommy. She has princess die, but were all princess high,” Gaga wrote on her Twitter with a link to a photo of her shaved head.
It’s no secret that magazines retouch their photos, well in a newly released behind-the-scenes video,Vogue shows an unretouched Lady Gaga as she poses for their September 2012 issue and she looks nothing like she does on the actual cover.
In the unedited image, the “Bad Romance” singer looks a little frumpy in the Marc Jacobs fishtail gown and her hair looks completely different then on the cover proving to readers and the audience that every aspect of the shoot was heavily retouched.
