Katie Holmes and Olivia Wilde looked white hot as they hit the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala on Monday (May 6) in New York City.

The 34-year-old actress wore a custom Calvin Klein halter gown which featured a flowing train and accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

Wilde decided for a more sexy look wearing also a custom Calvin Klein look featuring a bandeau top and a skirt with black pleats.

Looking pretty in sheer, Katie Holmes made an appearance at The New York Observer‘s 25th anniversary party on Thursday night (March 14) held at the Four Seasons in NYC.

The 34-year-old actress wore a black Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2013 black dress paired with Valentino sandals.

At the event, Katie mingled with Spike Lee who was honoured at the event by the magazine as one of the 100 most influential New Yorkers.

Looking stunning, Katie Holmes is a smokeshow in the newly released ad campaign for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

The 34-year-old actress is the first celebrity face of the beauty brand and this is the first of two ads that Holmes will be featured in.

With loose waves, Holmes rocks the brand’s new Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks which will be available for purchase later this week.

“I really like her philosophy that makeup makes you feel beautiful,” Holmes says about her new collaboration. “I’ve always been a fan of her makeup, because it’s so easy to apply. Her color palettes aren’t extreme, so when I first started wearing makeup it felt comfortable and I didn’t feel like I had too much on, which can happen.”
