‘Glee‘ star Cory Monteith has entered rehab for substance addiction, his rep confirmed on Monday (April 1).
The 30-year-old actor “has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction,” his rep tells PEOPLE magazine. “He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”
Monteith who is currently dating his ‘Glee’ co-star Lea Michele has previously entered rehab when he was 19 for substance abuse.
