Newly engaged Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger embrace as they pose for the September 10 cover of Hello! Canada magazine.

The surprise engagement which stunned everyone comes after the couple started dating after working on Lavigne’s  fifth album in February.

The Nickelback front-man proposed to the “Complicated” singer on August 8th with a 14-carat diamond ring.

“I knew I was falling for her,” Kroeger told Hello! Canada. “I feel like the luckiest person alive because I get to be with my best friend every day!” he continued to say about Avril.

It’s the first glimpse of a ring that we have received since the news broke that Jennifer Aniston is engaged to Justin Theroux.

The actress was on set of her upcoming film ‘We’re the Millers‘ on Friday (August 17) where she was spotted wearing a gold band on her ring finger while on break from shooting.

Justin popped the question to Jennifer a week ago on his 41st birthday and the couple are already moving forward with wedding plans.

Angelina Jolie was all smiles as she ran some errands on Tuesday (April 17) in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Salt‘ actress looked lovely in a body hugging grey dress while carrying a beige YSL Chic Cabas tote and flashing her newest accessory, her huge engagement ring.

Jolie and Brad Pitt finally decided to get engaged after seven years together. “Yes, it’s confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy,” the 48-year-old actor’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante told the Associated Press on Friday (April 13).

“There’s no date set at this time. Brad designed the ring,” she continued to say.

The couple have six kids together, Maddox, 10, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 5, and Knox and Vivienne, 3.
