The 31-year-old pop star is co-hosting the event with ‘American Idol‘ host Ryan Seacrest.
Brit looked lovely in a one-shoulder Robert Cavalli dress, Saint Laurent “Janis Escarpin” pumps and accessorized with David Yurman jewelry.
Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, Demi Lovato and Fall Out Boy are all set to perform during the event.

The 31-year-old pop star sat down with the magazine to discuss her diet struggles (chocolate chip cookies are her kryptonite) and she even talks about her upcoming Vegas shows.
On maintaining a healthy diet: “Dieting is tough… because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. I try not to make those too often or I’ll eat the whole bowl of dough.”
On her love-and-hate relationship with working out: “I like it, then again, I hate it. I’m in my 30′s now, so I have to work harder to keep it up. I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio- hour- long sessions three times a week with my trainer Tony Martinez. The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple – they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”
Things could have ended up very differently for Ryan Gosling and Britney Spears if they got together during their Mouseketeer days.
The 32-year-old actor has admitted that he fancied the 31-year-old pop star while they were together on ‘The Mickey Mouse Club,’ ”Britney was a sweetheart,” Gosling says. “She lived right above me, the girl next door. The little girl I used to play basketball and spin the bottle with.”
Though Ryan says that he doesn’t really keep in touch with his former Mouseketeers he does praise their success, “It is remarkable, but it isn’t, in a way. Now you have The X Factor and all that stuff, but back then it wasn’t around.”
“You give these kids an unparalleled work ethic which is why you see the difference between ‘NSYNC and those other bands, and between Britney and Christina and the other girls.”
