Reflecting Billboard’s chart rankings, the 2012 Billboard Music Awards took place on Sunday night (May 20) held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Hosted by ‘Modern Family‘s Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen, the show brought out some of the best in music including performances from LMFAO, Justin Bieber, Usher, Kelly Clarkson, Chris Brown, Linkin Park, Carrie Underwood, Nelly Furtado, Stevie Wonder and Alicia Keys.
During the night Taylor Swift was honoured with Billboards’ “Woman of the Year” award and Whitney Houston was honoured with the Millennium award. Jordin Sparks and John Legend performed a beautiful tribute to the late icon.

The upcoming ‘Rock of Ages‘ actress looked super sexy in a strapless Kaufman Franco mini. Julianne kept her look simple yet chic with her hair swept to one side.
‘Rock of Ages’ which also stars Tom Cruise and Alec Baldwin opens in theatres June 15th.
