It was one show stopping award show as the biggest names in music gathered for the 2011 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday (November 20) in Los Angeles, CA.
From an electric opening number from Nicki Minaj and David Guetta as they pumped up their new single “Turn Me On” to Justin Bieber spreading some Christmas cheer performing “Mistletoe” to Jennifer Lopez giving an amazing medley performance of her hit songs and a closing number from LMFAO, it was quite the eventful night.
Taylor Swift reigned supreme at this year’s AMA’s as she picked up a few trophies including ”Artist of Year” while Minaj beat out the men winning Rap Hip Hop Artist and Rap Hip Hop Album for Pink Friday.
