Always looking stunning and put together on the red carpet Nicole Richie stepped out for the 15th Annual ACE Awards on Monday night (November 7) held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.
The socialite turned designer wore a black plunging Antonio Berardi gown from the Spring 2011 collection and accessorized with her own House of Harlow 1960 studded clutch.
During the event the mother-of-two received the well deserved Style Influencer of the Year award.
