Is this what child beauty pageants have come to?! Kerry Campbell who’s originally from Birmingham, England and now resides in San Francisco injects her 8-year-old daughter Britney with Botox to get rid of her wrinkles. Yes, you read that right “to get rid of her wrinkles!!”
Campbell and her daughter appeared on ‘Good Morning America‘ to discuss the procedure which has caused controversy. Campbell says that she does the procedure herself and that she’s not the only pageant mom who does, “A lot of mums there give their kids Botox. It’s pretty much like the thing. I’m not the only one that does it. A lot of mums do it.”
When asked Britney how she feels about the injections she said, “It hurts sometimes. It makes me nervous. But I get used to it.”
It was also revealed that Britney used to get her upper leg area waxed but she stopped after it was too much pain for her to bear.
After appearing on ‘GMA‘ Child Protective Services launched an investigation into the matter and removed Britney from her home into their custody, this according to TMZ.
All I have to say is that this is CRAZY!!

A few weeks ago my skin starting acting up and I didn’t really know if it was the change in the weather from Winter to Spring or if it was my diet or was it the change in my skincare routine (using new products). After much research and debating, I decided to try out St. Ives Green Tea Cleanser since I read so many good reviews.
After using it for a two weeks I decided that this product was not for me. The green tea actually irritated my skin more, made it inflamed and caused me to breakout.
I wasn’t sure if it was the product or if my skin became very sensitive but after speaking to a friend of mine who is a professional makeup artist she told me that because of the caffeine in green tea it increased my blood flow and possibly made my skin to flare up and irritated it.
Though I am a huge fan of the St. Ives Apricot Scrub, the St. Ives Tea Cleanser was definitely not for me.
