Can’t get enough of the ‘Vampire Diaries‘?
It looks like a spin-off series ‘The Originals‘ is in the works, this according to Deadline.
The spin-off will focus on the Mikaelson family and the new series would potentially star Joseph Morgan who plays Klaus and newcomer she-wolf Phoebe Tonkin who plays Hayley in the ‘Vampire Diaries.’
The official description for the show states, “The Originals centers on the Original family of vampires, as Klaus returns to the supernatural melting pot that is the French Quarter of New Orleans — a town he helped build centuries ago — and is reunited with his diabolical former protégé Marcel.”
The upcoming April 25th episode of TVD will serve as a backdoor for the upcoming series.
