TV personality Dick Clark has passed away at the age of 82, TMZ confirms.
Known for his hosting duties on ‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,’ Clark died of a massive heart attack on Wednesday morning (April 18).
Clark was situated at St. John’s hospital in L.A. after undergoing an outpatient procedure last night.
The industry has lost a legend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
