The best in blockbuster films battled it out on Sunday (June 3) for the Golden Popcorn trophy during the 2012 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, CA.
‘The Hunger Games,’ ‘Harry Potter‘ and ‘The Twilight Saga‘ were big winners tonight which included Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson winning “Best Kiss” for the fourth year in a row.
Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson took home the awards for “Best Female & Male Performance” while Emma Watson accepted the award for “Best Cast” for ‘Harry Potter.’
Hosted by the always inappropriate Russell Brand, the show featured performances by the band Fun as well as Johnny Depp and The Black Keys who accepted the “Generation” award for his work in film. Emma Stone was awarded with the “Trailblazer” award.
