Keeping warm as temperatures drop, Lindsay Lohan was seen leaving her hotel on Monday (November 5) in New York City.
Things were looking up for the ‘Mean Girls‘ actress but it looks like she is facing some legal trouble once again as she will be charged for lying to police after her car accident back in June, TMZ reports.
Lohan lied to police telling them that she was not behind the wheel of her Porsche when it hit into the back of an 18-wheeler however the fact is that Lindsay was indeed behind the wheel.
The case will be filed as a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney and it could lead to some slammer time for Lohan as she’s still on probation for the jewelry heist.
Uh-0h it doesn’t look good for Lindsay.
