The artist known formerly as Snoog Dogg as officially changed his name to Snoop Lion after going through an artistic rebirth in Jamaica.
“I have always said I was Bob Marley reincarnated,” Snoop told reporters at a news conference. “I have always been a Rastafari.”
Snoop has been in the Caribbean country recording his new album Reincarnated under his new pseudonym.
