Just a few days ago it was announced that Shakira would be filling in for Christina Aguilera on the fourth cycle of ‘The Voice‘ and now she has another reason to smile, she’s expecting her first child with beau Gerard Pique!
The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer announced the news of her official Facebook page, “Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby!” she wrote. “At this time, we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days.”
The couple has been dating for more than a year and a half.
