Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise enjoyed a day at the Children’s Museum of the Arts on Friday morning (July 13) in New York City.
The 33-year-old newly single actress put up with a cranky Suri as she scooped her up and carried her in her arms.
Holmes who filed for divorce from husband Tom Cruise after five years of marriage gained sole custody of their daughter part of their divorce settlement however she did not receive a lump sum payment.
Reports that Katie received $50 million in the divorce settlement are “ridiculous” a source tells TMZ. However Cruise will be paying ”more than $10 million” in child support for the next 12 years.
