Enjoying a day out in the Big Apple, Miley Cyrus and her short hair did some shopping in Manhattan on Thursday (August 23) in New York.
Wearing denim shorts, Doc Martens boots, and a thick gold necklace, the 19-year-old was all smiles as she rocked her new hairdo.
Miley’s currently in NYC after visiting with her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, in Philadelphia where he’s shooting his new film, ‘Paranoia.’
