Oh no, Lindsay Lohan might be in some hot water! The police at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department have officially received the surveillance video from The Standard Hotel the night that a woman, Marisa Dugas, claims that Lohan allegedly assaulted her.
Though Lohan said that she was never near the club and was at home watching the television, the surveillance video indeed shows Lohan at the hotel that exact night, two weeks ago, RadarOnline.com reports.
“Investigators obtained the surveillance video from the Smoke & Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel and it clearly shows that Lindsay was there on the night of the alleged assault,” the media outlet was told.
“The investigation is still ongoing and follow-up interviews will now be conducted as necessary. Of course, investigators want to interview Lindsay about the incident, but she hasn’t been interviewed yet, nor is she under any obligation to do so. Remember, two other witnesses besides the alleged victim filed police reports, including the bouncer of the nightclub.”
The drama doesn’t end there, according to TMZ, Lohan returned to the scene of the crime on Wednesday night (April 19) where she had a club goer throw a drink at her after Lohan cussed the woman out for making a comment about her.
Lindsay’ rep had no comment.
