Miley Cryus left the grunge at home as she attended the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (February 24) held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA.
The 20-year-old singer/actress wore a white Azzaro backless gown and accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
At the event, Miley met up with pal Kelly Osbourne and the girls were snapped giving Elton John a kiss on the cheek!
