Is Miley Cyrus rethinking some of her tattoo choices? It definitely looks like it as the former Disney star was spotted at a laser tattoo removal office on Tuesday (November 22) in Los Angeles, CA.
In other Miley news, the ‘Hannah Montana‘ star is celebrating her 19th birthday today and according to her good pal Kelly Osbourne, Miley’s birthday party will be the “sickest things she’s ever seen in her life.”
Talking about Miley’s birthday plans Kelly said, “Because that girl has so much pressure on her and has worked her ass off her entire life that I think a lot of the time people forget that she deserves to have fun too. So that was my mission for her, to make her birthday…the best day ever.”
“I’ve got all sorts of madness and craziness,” she added.
