Lindsay Lohan is officially a free woman , the ‘Mean Girls‘ actress had her electronic monitoring ankle bracelet removed earlier today (June 29) and is now free to roam the city.
Lohan had to sign a house arrest completion form which gets forwarded to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department and though she may be free she still has to complete her required 480 hours of community service, attend “shoplifters alternative class” and seek psychological counseling.
