It was fun while it lasted but Lindsay Lohan‘s legal troubles are back in full swing.
The 26-year-old actress along with her her assistant Gavin Doyle have been formally named as suspects in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses, TMZ confirms.
Lohan was interviewed by police last Monday (August 20) after jewelry went missing from a home that Lohan was at during an all-night house party.
Though the owner who called the cops once he noticed items missing recanted his story, law enforecemenst believe otherwise as they have independent witnesses who point Lohan and Doyle as the thieves.
Lohan is currently on probation from a previous theft case at a Venice jewelry store and if Lohan violates the terms of her probation she could face jail time.
