Some people should not be driving, period.
Lindsay Lohan got herself into some hot water after leaving the scene of an alleged hit & run on Wednesday morning (September 19) in New York City.
Apparently the 26-year-old troubled actress was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when she allegedly hit a man’s knee, TMZ reports.
Lohan was arrested around 2:30am after leaving the club and taken to the police station however she was released.
The alleged male victim was hospitalized but didn’t have any visible injuries.
This could spell trouble for Lindsay as she’s still on probation from the jewelry theft case.
