Meeting up with their devoted fans, Kim and Khloe Kardashian headed out to Woodfield Mall on Friday (April 20)  Schaumburg, Illinois.

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ reality stars were on hand at Sears to promote their new Kardashian Kollection line.
