Always a risk taker on the red carpet, Katy Perry looked brilliant as she made her way  on the red carpet at the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards earlier today (February 12) held at Staples Center  in Los Angeles, California.

The “Teenage Dream” singer looked elegant in a quarter-sleeve sky blue Elie Saab Spring 2012 Couture gown with sequinned embellishments.

I wasn’t a fan of Katy’s blue hair but with this dress it looks impeccable and the makeup is beautiful as well!
