Looking gorgeous, Katy Perry covers the Billboard magazine’s Women in Music issue where she has been honored as Woman of the Year.
On Friday (November 30) the 28-year-old pop star hit the red carpet at the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon held at Capitale in New York City.
Wearing a ruffled red Oscar de la Renta dress, Katy recently told Jon Stewart that she thought her moment had passed, “I felt like my year was last year … I thought my moment had passed,” she said.
