Treating her daughter to a late night treat, Katie Holmes and Suri hit up the local ice cream shop on Tuesday night (July 3) in New York City.
Less than a week after filing for divorce from husband Tom Cruise, the 33-year-old actress broke her silence telling a New York Daily News reporter “I’m alright,” and ”Thank you” after shopping at Whole Foods on Wednesday (July 4).
Holmes who has been looking a lot happier lately since filing divorce papers is currently fighting for sole custody of their six-year-old daughter.
