For the first time, Gwyneth Paltrow is opening up about her tragic miscarriage and that it almost took her life.
The 40-year-old Oscar winner revealed the devastating news in a new interview with The Mail‘s Sunday You magazine, ”My children ask me to have a baby all the time,” Paltrow tells the magazine. “And you never know, I could squeeze one more in. I am missing my third. I’m thinking about it.”
Gwyneth goes on to say that her miscarriage almost took her life, ”But I had a really bad experience when I was pregnant with my third,” she continued. “It didn’t work out and I nearly died. So I am like, ‘Are we good here or should we go back and try again?’”
Gwyneth has two children with husband and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, Apple, 8, and Moses, 6.
