Taking over the red carpet, Demi Lovato arrived for the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (July 22) held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA.
The ‘X Factor‘ host who is co-hosting the show tonight rocked it out in a Falguni & Shane Peacock dress.
