They never speak out about their relationship so it was a surprise to all when Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds married in a secret ceremony on Sunday (September 9) at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
Though reps for the couple have not confirmed the news, we got some insider details about the ceremony starting with the location.
Straight out of ‘The Notebook, ‘ Boone Hall Plantation was actually used as the summer home of Allie in the 2004 film. The couple had 60 guests attended the intimate ceremony including Florence Welch of Florence & the Machine and Bette Midler.
As for attire, Blake wore a custom Marchesa gown with Christian Louboutin bridal shoes while Ryan wore a Burberry tuxedo. Their wedding rings were designed by Lorraine Schwartz.
