Amanda Bynes revealed a shaved head as she posed for her mug shot after being arrested on Thursday (May 23) in New York City.

The 27-year-old actress arrived in court on Friday morning (May 24) to face the judge following her arrest for criminal possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment.

Bynes allegedly threw a bong out the window after police were called because she was spotted in the lobby of her apartment building smoking a joint.

The judge released Bynes on her own recognizance and she must appear in court on July 9th.

Looking dishevelled, Amanda Bynes arrived for court on Friday morning (May 24) in New York City after being arrested for reckless endangerment the night before.

Still wearing her sweats, the 27-year-old actress hid behind her blonde wig as she was escorted into court by police officers.

Bynes was arrested the night before for criminal possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment after she allegedly threw a bong out the window after police were called because she was spotted in the lobby of her apartment building smoking a joint.

Bynes was reportedly taken to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation before spending a night in jail.

During her court hearing, Bynes told the judge that the bong police saw her throw out her apartment window was “just a vase,” TMZ reports.

The judge released Bynes without bail however Bynes was given a stern warning that if she misses her July court date, an arrest warrant will be issued.
